Pacific Realty Solutions Pte Limited is PBS's own property arm — premium developments we build, own and manage, from long-term residencies to short-stay escapes. Delivered developments migrate here once complete; developments still in progress sit under the PBS pipeline until they're ready to open.
Sasi at Uduya Point is the lead operational case study: 26 luxury oceanfront apartments, of which 9 were sold and 17 are retained by PBS and rented — a mix of long-term tenancies and Airbnb listings.
