Founded in 1999, the PBS Group is one of Fiji's largest construction companies and the South Pacific's extreme builder — resorts, healthcare, airports, donor-funded schools, all delivered across the most remote sites in the region.
The group brings together Pacific Building Solutions, Concrete Solutions (Fiji) and Pacific Realty Solutions, which manages PBS's completed developments and their tenants. 1,100+ employees. 187+ projects delivered. A 6,000m² Lami workshop and yard that runs full joinery, structural steel, prenail framing, paint booth, art department, and a concrete batching plant.

When the
cyclone passed.
After Cyclone Winston, MFAT engaged PBS to lead recovery in Fiji's remote Northern Lau Group — 52 schools restored, 28 new buildings raised across remote islands. Base camps established. Local crews trained and employed. The schools now double as community evacuation shelters.
